Welcome to the new and improved Rokoko Art web site !

We created our first web site about 20 years ago. After so many years it was seriously in need of re-design to be compatible with today’s platforms.

Back in the day, desktops ruled and tablets were non-existant. Phones were of the “flip” variety, some had data, but certainly not images.

A friend (Paula) was interested in learning a new web design program (Dreamweaver) by an upstart computer software company (Macromedia) and she agreed to create our first web site in exchange for a piece of our artwork. Deal !

Never mind the fact that it would still be several years until having a presence on the internet would be considered essential for commerce.

Time marched on, we kept making art, and as we all now know today, no one can even imagine NOT having a smart phone in hand with access to everything anytime everywhere.

So, it’s about time that we caught up, no?

Enter NMCO, a web design company in our home town of Las Cruces NM that saw us through this makeover.

New features include this very blog, calendar of events, live video, animated graphics and coming soon, online purchasing.

Please take a look around and explore the various nooks and crannies including new items, new photos and a much more extensive collection of archived artwork.
